What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service – Greet pet parents, assist with product recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Drive sales & engagement – Educate customers on our unique offerings and help them find the perfect treats or gifts for their pups.
Maintain store appearance – Keep displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Master the register – Process transactions, handle returns, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
Work as a team – Collaborate with co-workers to create a fun, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
Be a brand ambassador – Share our mission and love for dogs with every customer!

What We’re Looking For:

Retail or sales experience preferred (but a great attitude is even better!)
Passion for customer service – You love helping people and their pets!
Strong communication skills – You can confidently assist customers and work well with teammates.
Positive, energetic personality – You bring enthusiasm to every shift!
Comfortable working on your feet – This is an active, hands-on role.
Basic math & POS experience – Familiarity with handling transactions is a plus.

Availability Requirements:

Must be available at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
Must be available during the holiday season (November – January)
Must be at least 18 years old

Multi-Unit Leader

Job Summary
The Multi-Unit Leader is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and leadership development of multiple business locations. This role ensures consistent execution of company standards, achievement of financial goals, and delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all units.

Key responsibilities - not limited to

1. Operational Excellence

Ensure all locations operate in alignment with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality

2. Financial Management

Drive revenue growth and profitability across all assigned units
Analyze financial reports, including sales, labor, and expenses
Develop and manage budgets for each location
Implement cost-control strategies and improve operational efficiency

3. Leadership & Talent Development

Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing store leaders
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning
Build a strong leadership pipeline within the organization

4. Strategy Execution

Execute company initiatives, promotions, and new program rollouts
Ensure consistent implementation across all locations
Communicate organizational goals and expectations clearly to all team

5. Community Engagement & Business Development

Increase foot traffic and brand visibility through local events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
Support and guide location managers in executing marketing and promotional events
Identify opportunities for local store marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention

6. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all locations comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
Enforce company policies and procedures
Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely manner

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and evaluate KPIs such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention
Identify trends and areas of concern, and develop action plans
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership
